As part of our ongoing commitment to keep improving the Tracker service we recently undertook an extensive customer survey.
We received invaluable feedback covering many aspects of the Tracker service, and we look forward to implementing some of the suggestions received within the next version of Tracker.

88.5% of Tracker customers are either satisfied or very satisfied with the volume of contracts they receive in their daily email alert
66% rate the relevance of the contracts they receive as either relevant or very relevant
Tendering for contracts
89.6% of Tracker customers are actively tendering for public sector contracts
86.1% have tendered for three or more public sector contracts within the last 12 months
85.7% of Tracker customers have successfully won at least one public sector contract within the last 12 months
My Tracker
92.3% of Tracker customers find the format of their daily email alert easy to use and understand
68% of Tracker customers log in to use the features within My Tracker to assist their tendering processes
Most used features
The most regularly used My Tracker feature is the 'Amend Profile' function (92.5%)
The second is 'View Profile History' (74.4%)
The third is 'Recently Viewed Contracts' (74%)
