My Tracker is an interactive dashboard which allows you to view all the latest contracts matching your unique profile.

From this area of the website, you can access a range of enhanced tender tools designed to assist you to manage your contract opportunities more effectively and easily prioritise those which are most important to avoid missing vital deadlines.

You can access My Tracker directly via your Daily Email Alert service, and also by logging into the website, meaning that all of the following features are only a simple click away:


Flexible daily email alert format

You can see all of your contract results from the last day, week and month using Tracker's new interactive mapping technology, giving you a powerful method of analysing opportunity trends by location. You can also review the volume of your contract results in graph format, over the previous week, allowing you to identify trends in volume.


Flag contract opportunities

Each Friday your contract alert will provide notification of those contracts you have recently flagged. By highlighting the number of days to go, you can prioritise your response and avoid missing out on vital new business opportunities.


Daily Email Alert results

View the list of contracts delivered by your contract alert that day, in the last week and in the previous month.


Recently viewed contracts

A list of contracts you have already viewed on the database.


Additional contract searches

Carry out additional contract searches of your own at any time using different criteria from your alert profile.


Save your contract searches

You can go back at a later date to run the search again without having to re-enter your search information.
