Tracker

We have been using Tracker for about two years and have recently secured a large three-year contract and also came close to securing another contract. We have also developed collaborations with other companies who have worked with us to tender for larger projects.

My Tracker account manager provides an excellent service when we need to adjust our selection criteria to match our business needs and find the tenders we overlooked in the past.

Thanks to Tracker, we've just recently won a new tender. Having the information as soon as it was available gave us the edge in preparing our tender documention. Quite often we may also see a tender, where we simply contact the person concerned and offer other services and products not connected with the actual tender being published.

We find Tracker a very user-friendly and accurate system. The search filter is great and easy to update if needed, and since using Tracker, we have not 'missed' any possible opportunities. The customer support is fantastic, always on hand if you need them, providing accurate information and help.

We got into tendering about 5 years ago and have honed our skills with BIP's help to become a major public sector procurement supplier.

Tracker alerts us to any tenders given within our portfolio on a daily basis. By simply editing our Contract Alert Profile, we have already captured two tenders which hopefully will generate new business within our organisation.

Tracker has been very useful for Civica since we joined last year, particularly the Customer Service which has been excellent, and we have a great Account Manager who is always there to help.

We are really happy with the Tracker Services provided. It is very consistent, and invaluable to our business. The website is also very good and staff extremely helpful.
